So I was loving the Target commercial with this New Seekers song until I got an email about Target's shady deals. Since the Supreme Court made it legal for corporations to donate to political campaigns, Target became one of the first organizations to participate. And who did they pick to support, a far-right, anti-gay, anti-immigrant candidate for Minnesota governor. Many college students have organized boycotts. Washington University has had an official boycott from all products they use from target. So think twice before you go to Target--no matter how cheap their clothes are.
